■ Mail/Letter Pack: The item will be delivered to the mailbox of the delivery address.

■ Doorstep delivery: This is a regular courier service where the product is delivered to your doorstep.

■ Delivery with unpacking and installation: This is a delivery method where two delivery staff will visit you and carry the item into your room, assemble it, install it, and take away the packaging materials.

*For products that require unpacking and installation delivery, after receiving your order, we will contact you via email or phone to ask for your preferred delivery date and time after the earliest delivery date.
