Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands

The above-mentioned basic charge is limited when it can be bundled with 160 size. After confirming the details of your order, if you order over 160 sizes, such as large items, we will send you an invoice email with the estimated amount including the shipping fee.

About delivery

  • The delivery time may be delayed due to reasons such as fluctuations in stock status, busy seasons for delivery companies, long holidays such as the year-end and New Year holidays, natural disasters (bad weather), etc.
  • If your order contains "made-to-order items", "reserved items" or "backordered items", it will be shipped according to the arrival of the relevant items, so it will take some time. .
  • If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery company will post an absence contact form. Please be sure to receive the product after requesting redelivery by the method described in the absence contact form within the delivery company's storage period. If the delivery company's storage period has passed, the product will be automatically returned to our store. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the returned product and the round-trip shipping cost for redelivery.

About bulk delivery of multiple products

If you order multiple items, they will be shipped as soon as all the items are available. If your order contains "made-to-order items", "reserved items", or "backordered items", it will be shipped when the corresponding items arrive. In addition, since the shipping source differs depending on the product, it may not be possible to ship all of the products together with a single shipping company. Please note.

About delivery of large items and notes

All day delivery

Since the delivery time is determined by the delivery route of the driver on the day, it is not possible to specify the time in advance. The transportation company will contact the customer on the day before or in the morning of the day of the delivery with an estimated delivery time. If we are unable to contact you, the delivery will be canceled, so please be sure to call us back.

If you are unable to receive your order at the scheduled delivery date and time

Please contact our shop or shipping company immediately. If you are not at home and bring large items to the sales office, you will be charged an additional fee. Also, even if you contact us in advance, please understand that we may not be able to change the date and time if the change is not processed in time if the contact is sudden.

About import

We cannot accept returns due to reasons such as being unable to bring the item into the room. Please check the product size and delivery route carefully before purchasing.
For information on bringing in large furniture, please refer to " About bringing in large furniture ".

  • *If it is impossible to carry in due to insufficient confirmation, such as "I can't go through the stairs" or "I can't enter the elevator of the apartment", we may be forced to lift it on another day or use a crane. In that case, additional charges such as site surveys and separate work charges will be incurred, and the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery driver.
  • *Even if it is a narrow corridor or a narrow door, it may be possible to carry in depending on the shape of the furniture. If you have any concerns about importing, please contact us before purchasing.
  • * The storage period after being absent from the carrier is one week. After this time, the product will be returned to our store. Please make a request for redelivery as soon as possible. Please note that if the product cannot be delivered and is returned to our shop due to long-term absence or refusal to receive it, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and we may refuse future orders.

We will mail it to your mailbox.

Delivery at the eaves (delivery in front of the entrance / in front of the lobby)

It is a normal courier service that delivers goods at the eaves.
Since the product will be delivered in a packed state, the customer will be responsible for all the products that require assembly and installation.

Unpacking installation delivery (assembly installation service)

This is a delivery method in which two people in charge of delivery visit the room, carry it into the room, assemble it, install it, and take the packing materials home.

  • *We do not accept installation involving "construction" such as driving fixing screws into walls or ceilings, or removal of doors and windows during delivery. Since we cannot take responsibility for these tasks, the customer will have to carry them out on their own after bringing the product to the installation location.
  • *If delivery to a room on the 3rd floor or higher requires a staircase route due to reasons such as no elevator, additional charges may be requested in advance or paid to the delivery driver on the day of delivery. Thank you.
  • *Please note that if delivery is not possible due to the customer's circumstances, the shipping fee for redelivery will be borne by the customer.

Storage fee

In principle, we do not hold items, but in the unlikely event that we store items in stock for a long period of time due to customer's convenience, we may charge a separate storage fee. In the case of storage due to our convenience, we do not charge a storage fee.
