Regarding products with additional shipping charges
For products that have separate shipping charges listed on the product display screen, separate shipping charges apply, which differ from the regular shipping charges. Please check the <Separate Shipping Charges> on each product page.
Delivery Information
- Delivery may be delayed from the date advised due to reasons such as fluctuations in stock status, delivery companies' busy periods, extended holidays such as the New Year holidays, and natural disasters (bad weather).
- If the items you order include "made-to-order items", "pre-order items", or "ordered items", please note that it will take some time for your order to be shipped as the items will be shipped when they arrive in stock.
- If you are not at home when the item is delivered, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence. Please be sure to request redelivery using the method indicated on the notice of absence and collect the item within the delivery company's storage period. If the delivery company's storage period has expired, the item will be automatically returned to our store. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fee for the returned item and the round-trip shipping fee for redelivery.

About shipping multiple items together
If you order multiple items, they will be shipped as soon as all items are available. If the items you order include "made-to-order items," "pre-order items," or "backordered items," they will be shipped when those items arrive. Also, since the shipping origin is different depending on the item, it may not be possible to ship all items together with a single shipping company. Please note this in advance.
- *Depending on the product, we may send it separately (shipping costs will be borne by us) for our convenience. If you would like to have it sent separately, please note that we will charge you an additional shipping fee.
- *Please check each product page for delivery dates for made-to-order and pre-order items.
Regarding delivery of large items and precautions
All day delivery
Delivery time is determined by the driver's delivery route on the day, so it is not possible to specify a time in advance. The delivery company will contact you the day before or the morning of the day to inform you of the estimated delivery time. If we are unable to contact you, your delivery will be canceled, so please be sure to call us back.
If you are unable to receive the item on the scheduled delivery date and time
Please contact our store or the delivery company immediately. If you are not at home and the delivery office has to take large items back to you, you will be charged an additional fee. Please note that even if you contact us in advance, we may not be able to change the date and time if we are not able to process the change in time due to sudden contact.
About delivery
We cannot accept returns for reasons such as the inability to bring the product into your home. Please make sure to check the product size and delivery route carefully before purchasing.

- *If delivery is impossible due to insufficient checks, such as "cannot go up the stairs" or "cannot fit into the elevator of the apartment building," we may be forced to hoist or use a crane to bring it in on a different day. In such cases, additional charges will be incurred, such as a site inspection and separate labor fees, which will be paid by the customer to the delivery driver.
- *Even if the hallway or door is narrow, it may be possible to bring in the furniture depending on its shape. If you have any concerns about the accessibility of the furniture, please contact us before purchasing.
- *The storage period for the delivery company after the delivery is one week. If this period is exceeded, the product will be returned to our store. Please request redelivery as soon as possible. If the product cannot be delivered due to a long absence or refusal to receive it and is returned to our store, the shipping costs for both ways will be borne by the customer, and we may refuse to accept future orders, so please be aware of this in advance.
About delivery method
By mail or letter pack
The item will be delivered to your mailbox.
Delivery to the front door (in front of the entrance or lobby)
This is a regular courier service where products are delivered to your doorstep.
Since the product will be delivered in a packaged state, you will need to assemble and install any products that require it yourself.
Unpacking and installation delivery (assembly and installation service)
With this delivery method, two delivery staff will visit you and carry the product into your home, assemble it, set it up, and take away the packaging materials.
- *We cannot carry out installation work that involves "construction" such as driving fixing screws into walls or ceilings, or removing doors or windows that accompany delivery. As we cannot bear responsibility for these tasks, please carry them out yourself after we have delivered the product to the installation location.
- *If delivery to a room on the third floor or above requires the delivery to be made via stairs due to the lack of an elevator, we may charge an additional fee in advance or require you to pay the delivery driver on the day.
- *Please note that if delivery is not possible due to customer circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for redelivery.

Storage fees
Generally, we do not hold items for you, but in the unlikely event that we need to store your items for a long period of time at our store due to your circumstances, we may charge you a separate storage fee. If we need to store your items for our own reasons, we will not charge you a storage fee.
