If you don't receive an email

If you do not receive an email after payment, the following may be the cause:

  • You have a spam filter set up
    Your mobile email address (docomo/au/softbank carrier email) or provider email may have a spam email prevention function set as standard. It may have been automatically sorted into a folder or trash, so please double check.

  • Entering your email address incorrectly
    It is possible that the email address you registered is incorrect. Please contact us if you have any questions.

  • Mail server capacity exceeded
    E-mail servers have limited capacity, and if you do not delete e-mails regularly, your inbox may become full and will not accept new e-mails. If you are concerned, please delete the email on the server.

■ About additional purchases after completing an order and combining shipping fees for multiple orders

In either case, we may be able to accommodate your request before shipping arrangements are complete, but depending on the content and timing, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
If you are interested, please contact us with your name, order number, and product name when ordering.

About delivery notes and receipts

You can download and issue delivery notes and receipts from the "Order My Page" listed in the shipping completion email. You can enter the address and proviso on the receipt yourself.
