Membership registration and a password are not required to use this site.

Shipping and delivery of products

In-stock items will be shipped within 2-10 business days.
For made-to-order products and reserved products, the delivery date is indicated on each product page.

If the email does not arrive

If you do not receive an email after payment, the following reasons are possible.

  • Setting up a spam filter
    Mobile email addresses (docomo / au / softbank carrier mail) and provider emails may have anti-spam functions set as standard , and emails delivered from our shop will automatically be placed in the spam folder or trash can. There is a possibility that it has been sorted out, so please check once.

    If you do not receive the notification e-mail due to spam filter settings, please set the reception permission for "@antry.co.jp" in the specified domain reception. We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding settings.

  • Wrong input of e-mail address There is a possibility that the description of the e-mail address registered by the customer is incorrect. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

  • Mail server over capacity
    Mail servers have capacity, and if you do not delete mail regularly, your inbox may become full and not accept new mail. If you have any idea, please delete the mail on the server.

Additional purchases after completing an order, and shipping charges for multiple orders

In either case, we may be able to accommodate your request before shipping arrangements have been completed, but depending on the content and timing, we may not be able to meet your request.
If you wish, please contact us with your "name", "order number", and "product name" at the time of ordering.
Please note that the delivery date may be delayed due to the above inquiries.

About invoices and receipts

You can download and issue invoices and receipts from the "My Order Page" listed in the shipping completion email. You can specify and input the address and proviso of the receipt yourself.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could download it yourself and print it out.
