Regarding delivery of large furniture

When purchasing large furniture, the furniture may not fit through the delivery route and may not fit into the room. Please be sure to check the delivery route of the furniture before purchasing.

If delivery is difficult on the day due to failure to confirm the delivery route in advance, the item will be returned or delivered at a later date. Please note that we will not be responsible for any work costs incurred in this case.
For information about shipping and delivery, please see here.

1. Check the product size

Please check the "longest side" and "shortest side" in the [Size] column on the product page.
Thelongest side of the product is especially important.

Using the Flow sofa oil leather 3P (above) as an example...Longest side:W1900 (width)
Shortest side:D760 (depth)
It will be.
*"SH" refers to the height from the floor to the seat.

Items packed in cardboard or air mats will be approximately 50 to 100 mm larger than the actual product size upon delivery. If the delivery route is full to the size of the product itself, it may not be possible to deliver it to the entrance, so please check the size with plenty of allowance.

The guideline for the width required for the 3P delivery route for the Flow sofa oil leather above is:
2000 × 860 (mm)

2. Check the delivery route

Let's perform a simulation after accurately understanding the width of the delivery route, the height of the ceiling, etc.
There are many cases where the delivery is not possible due to unexpected obstacles, and there are many cases where the delivery is surprisingly smooth, so please first measure the exact size using the diagram below as a reference.

← → For red arrow line, 3-point size of "width, depth, height" is required.

Depending on the structure of the building or room, there may be locations other than the rooms shown in this diagram that require size confirmation. Also, even if the product size allows it to be transported, there will be a need for space for people to actually transport the product, so please allow enough time for this.
Please refer to the diagram below to measure the exact size.

We have prepared a delivery route confirmation sheet for your use.Download here

Elevator

If you live on the 2nd floor or above, we will use an elevator to transport the goods, so please check the width and height of the elevator door, as well as the height and depth of the interior ceiling. Please be sure to check.

entrance

If your front door opens on one side, please check the actual inside dimensions.
Please note that if the door only opens 90 degrees, the doorknob or mailbox may obstruct the delivery.

Also, be sure to check the depth of the hallway in front of the entrance. Depending on the direction in which the door opens, you may not be able to transport the product.

Cases where delivery is not possible through the hallway in front of the entrance

  • □ I can't open the door
  • □ If you open the door, you can't get through.
  • □ Can't turn around

aisle

Make sure the width of the aisle is greater than the shortest side of the product. Please check the product size with a margin of about 10cm. If the aisle has a bend, be sure to check that there is sufficient width for the corner (diagonal) in addition to the width of the aisle.

Protrusions such as door knobs, lighting fixtures, and switchboards may become obstacles. Subtract it from the width of the aisle or hallway.

stage

If there is no elevator or if you cannot enter the elevator, use the stairs to transport the item. First, check the width of the stairs (inside from the handrail if it has a handrail) and the height of the ceiling.

For straight stairs

Basically, if the width and height of the stairs are larger than the product size, the product can be transported.

For L-shaped and U-shaped stairs (stairs with landings)

Please check the depth of the landing and the ceiling height.
As long as the depth of the landing is at least the width of the product, or the height of the ceiling of the landing is at least the length of the longest side of the product, you can generally transport the product. Even if the landing is narrow, it can be carried in if there are no side walls of the stairs and it can be delivered from the bottom to the top.

For spiral staircases

Spiral stairs in particular come in a variety of patterns, and depending on the shape of the stairs and the size of the product, it may or may not be possible to transport them, so please consult with us in advance.
