``Arl Work Table L'' has a vintage feel with a deliberately rough feel. This table is also recommended for dining use. The simple design with no frills and the look of the wood that has been used over time gives an image of a nostalgic European landscape. It has the atmosphere of a workbench that has been used in an atelier for many years, and can be used for a variety of purposes other than a dining table, such as a work desk, shop fixtures, and display.
Two sizes are available. The 1500 is suitable for 4 people, and the 1800 is a size that is easy to use even for a large group of 6 people.
This is a furniture series that uses ``recycled teak,'' a newly revived version of teak, a high-quality wood that has been used as furniture and interior material for many years. You can feel the deep texture that has been created by aging. Because it is handmade by craftsmen, the finish retains the roughness that is unique to handmade work.
Care instructions
For everyday cleaning, use a damp cloth that has been wrung out thoroughly. We also recommend using natural wood wax or beeswax.
Notes
- Recycled teak has many dowel holes, screw holes, and scratches. Thank you for your understanding.
- The white marks remaining on the surface grain of the top board are due to the finishing with wax.
- Teak wood has the ability to adjust moisture in the air, and expands and contracts repeatedly. As the moisture content fluctuates depending on the environment and the size and shape change easily, gaps in seams, warping, bending, and cracks appear.
