The GINO FLEX 2.5P is a highly versatile model in the GINO series, allowing you to freely change its layout by reconfiguring its parts. It transforms to suit your comfort, whether you're relaxing alone or entertaining guests.
About the Components
The GINO FLEX 2.5P consists of the following four parts:
Main Unit (2.5P Sofa)
Square Base: An independent base part not integrated with the sofa unit.
Square Seat: A square seat cushion.
Long Seat: A rectangular seat cushion. It is sized to fit perfectly within the internal dimensions of the 2.5P sofa seat.
By reconfiguring these, you can enjoy two different layouts.
Two Layouts
As a Chaise Lounge
Combining the long seat with the square base creates a "chaise lounge" where you can stretch out your legs and relax. Since the square base is independent of the main sofa unit, it can be easily reconfigured to either the left or right side.
As a 2.5P Sofa + Ottoman
By placing the long seat on the main unit and the square seat on the square base, you get a 2.5P sofa + ottoman layout. This is convenient when you need to increase seating space, such as when guests visit.
Feel free to reconfigure it to suit your mood or the number of people.
Enveloping, High-Quality Seating Comfort
The back cushions are made from a blend of down and siliconized polyester fiber. This reduces the sinking and flattening that often occurs with down alone, while retaining the same enveloping softness. The high resilience of siliconized polyester fiber helps maintain its beautiful shape.
The square and long seats use chip urethane, soft urethane, and 100% down. The side cushions also use 100% down, ensuring comfort in every part.
Beautiful and Robust, Grows More Cherished with Use
The wooden frame uses German beech solid wood, lauan plywood, and LVL plywood (laminated veneer lumber). Under the seat, an S-spring structure, resilient and durable, is adopted to resist distortion caused by sitting and standing movements.

About the Fabric
Original Corduroy (Taupe / Brown)
The fabric of an antique chair we encountered on our travels had a unique texture and character that could only develop from decades of continuous use. Inspired by this Danish antique chair, we created this original corduroy.
While possessing a glossy finish and firm elasticity, its long pile and uneven nap create a vintage look. The more you use it, the more it develops its own unique character. It is also moisture-absorbent, keeping the surface smooth and comfortable even in summer. You can enjoy its comfort all year round.
Taupe: A chic and mature nuanced color, a blend of brown and gray. It's a comforting shade that isn't too cool, making it perfect for modern interiors.
Brown: Our most popular basic color. It adds a gentle touch to simple spaces and seamlessly blends into rooms with many vintage furnishings.
Original Tweed (Gray × Brown / Brown × Beige / Black × Brown)
This eco-friendly Japanese recycled fabric is woven from fibers discarded at factories. With its deep colors and timeless, elegant look, it blends into any space.
Since it is a full-cover specification, you can also change the fabric or color with a separately sold cover.
Care Instructions
The back cushions are designed to be reversible. Regularly rotating them top-to-bottom and front-to-back will help prevent them from losing their shape and maintain their beautiful form for longer. They have zippers, so if the down becomes uneven, simply flip them over.
There's also the standard GINO for a comfortable seating experience.
