• Because each piece is made by hand, there may be some inherent unevenness on the surface or slight individual differences in shape, texture, etc.

• The brass material is not coated to prevent oxidation, making it susceptible to fingerprints. The material will become duller over time, so please enjoy it as you live your life.

• Changes over time do not necessarily occur uniformly throughout the product, and may appear uneven at first. It will take some time to get used to the whole thing, so please enjoy the process.
• In areas where it is exposed to rain or water splashes, a pattern of raindrops may form on the surface.
• Touching the parts with bare hands may cause discoloration, so we recommend wearing unused gloves made of soft material when handling them.
• If you want to slow down the speed of deterioration over time, you can apply beeswax on a regular basis to give it a glossy appearance and maintain it to some extent in the condition it was in when delivered. (*Beeswax wax cannot be used on clear-coated products. Please wipe with a dry cloth.)

• If you are concerned about dust or dirt, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. If the dirt is strong, you can wipe it with water, but be sure to wipe it with a dry cloth first.
• If you are concerned about patina (a type of blue-green rust), please gently polish it with a brass polishing cloth. Please refrain from wiping with chemicals as this may cause uneven wiping.
• If rain or hand marks turn black, the blackened area is not dirt but a chemical change and cannot be wiped off. These marks overlap to create an antique texture. As time passes and the overall color changes to a deeper color, the marks will become less noticeable, so please keep an eye on it for a while.
• If you are concerned about the changed color or pattern caused by water splashes and would like to return it to its original condition, you can use a metal polish such as Picard, but please note that the finished product will have a different texture than when delivered. Please use the above.
• Many detergents and chemicals have an effect on metals, so please carefully read the precautions listed on the product before using them for maintenance.
