• Depending on the finished width, there will always be seams in the product.
• Due to the characteristics of the fabric, there may be slight differences from the size you ordered. We use an adjuster hook that can adjust the height, so please make fine adjustments with it.
• We cannot accept size changes or cancellations after the order has been confirmed. Please note.
• There is no free fabric sample service.

Notes on fabric

• Natural fibers have bulging knots (neps) and are prone to weaving scratches.
• Due to the characteristics of natural fibers, it may expand and contract depending on the indoor environment (temperature, humidity, etc.).
• Shrinkage during washing may vary by ±5 to 10% depending on usage conditions.
• Dry cleaning is recommended for washing.
