This is a band collar dress with puff sleeves, highlighted by gathers at the sleeve attachment and cuffs.

The fabric uses WOOL COTTON SILK woven with cotton warp threads and wool/silk weft threads. It offers the softness of wool, the strength of cotton, and the luster of silk.

The gathers below the waist seam are different from regular gathers; they feature the traditional technique from the Rajasthan region in northwest India called "Rajasthan tuck gathers," which combines fine gathers and tucks to create a soft and fluffy silhouette. These Rajasthan tuck gathers, carefully crafted by Indian artisans, have a neater appearance than regular gathers and showcase high skill and attention to detail.

It can be worn as a jacket with a front opening design.
