"Asljunga Mobelfabrik" Sideboard
sweden asljunga mobelfabrik sideboard
#0269

A rare rosewood sideboard made by the Swedish company "Asljunga Mobelfabrik" from the 1960s Nordic Sweden. The simple design is beautiful down to the details, featuring hand-carved handles formed by shaving the drawer fronts and solid brass hinge parts. The storage section includes four drawers and four cabinet doors. The internal size of one cabinet door is approx. W52cm; when the shelf is removed, the height is approx. 40cm, and when the shelf is installed, approx. 19.5cm. Overall, the structure is solid and there are no issues with use. There are minor scratches, repair marks, and several spots on the top board where the wood grain or stains appear darker due to aging. Please check the images for details.

Please check before ordering

  • Before placing an order, please carefully check and understand the details of the product's condition (1-6 below), and order with an understanding of the characteristics of vintage items.
    1. All vintage items have been manufactured many years ago. Therefore, almost all products have color unevenness, discoloration, warping, distortion, scratches from use, and missing fine details due to changes in material.
    2. The aging and resulting texture described in 1. are the charm of vintage items that cannot be experienced with new products. Please consider this with understanding.
    3. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason due to customer preferences such as "the color, scratches, texture, or wood grain of the product are different from what I imagined."
    4. Wood parts and interiors may have odors from many years of use.
    5. Vintage items may experience cracks and warping due to dryness, and wobbling due to shrinkage of joints. Please manage humidity with a humidifier, etc., and ensure that direct sunlight, air conditioning, or direct drafts from heating equipment do not hit the item.
    6. To prevent cracking due to dryness and maintain a beautiful state, we recommend regular maintenance with wood maintenance oil or wax.
  • Please also check "For Customers Purchasing Vintage Furniture."
  • Products may also be sold simultaneously in stores, so they may already be sold out at the time of your order. In such cases, we kindly ask for your understanding.

  • Before placing your order, please thoroughly check and acknowledge the details regarding the condition of the product and "About Vintage Items". Please understand the characteristics of vintage items before placing your order.
  • Products may be on sale at the same time in stores, so they may already be sold out by the time you place your order. Please forgive me in that case.
