Returning and exchanging products purchased in store

Please check the product within 7 days of purchase.

After purchasing the product, please be sure to check that there are no scratches or defects on the product and that there are no errors in the purchase details within 7 days. ANTRY INC. accepts returns and exchanges of products in the following cases.

■ About returns

We do not accept returns of products for reasons of customer convenience.

If there is a problem with the product and the following conditions are met, we will immediately replace it with a non-defective item or refund your money.

① If you contact us or visit our store within 7 days after delivery of the product
② If you can prove that you purchased the product from us using a receipt, delivery note, etc.
③ If the product is unused or it can be determined that there was a defect before use

■ About exchanges

ANTRY will accept product exchanges only if the following conditions are met.

① If you contact us or visit our store within 7 days after delivery of the product
② If you can prove that you purchased the product from us using a receipt, delivery note, etc.
3) The product is unused and is deemed to be in good condition according to our standards *1
④ If the item you wish to exchange is of the same or greater value *2

*1 Please check that the product is not damaged, soiled, lost, or has any odors (including accessories and packaging).
*2 It is also possible for multiple items to total more than the same amount.


■ We will refuse exchanges in the following cases:

The following products cannot be exchanged at all, even if they meet the above exchange conditions.

  • Sale items
  • Made-to-order products (curtains, nameplates, handrails, etc.)
  • Manufacturer backordered item
  • Furniture, vintage items
  • Products with hygiene issues (toiletries, food, etc.)
  • Consumables (light bulbs, etc.)

■ Supplementary Information
  • If the product is defective, we will bear all shipping fees, transfer fees, etc. required for returns or exchanges.
  • The above costs for exchanges due to customer convenience shall be borne by the customer in full.
  • Refunds will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase (cash, credit card, points, etc.).
  • Returns and exchanges can be made at stores other than the original purchase store.
  • For refunds by credit card, you must visit the store of purchase.
  • Items purchased at the online store cannot be processed at the store.
