  • Inside is a paper case that can be used repeatedly to prevent the product from getting crushed. If you are using a commercially available boxed tissue, please remove the paper case before use. If the height of the tissue box does not match, please remove the tissue paper from the box and use it.
  • Due to the use of natural materials, some color fading from water exposure or friction cannot be avoided.
  • If exposed to the sun for a long time, it may fade in color.
  • Avoid leaving it in high-temperature places (such as inside a car) as it may lead to deformation and deterioration.
  • If stored wet, mold may grow. If it gets wet, wipe it off quickly with a dry cloth, keep it in shape, wrap it in absorbent paper, and dry it in the shade. Please do not use irons, hair dryers, etc. as this may cause deformation or deterioration.
  • When applying oil, please test it in an inconspicuous area before applying it thoroughly.
  • There may be a wait of about one month in case of stock shortages.
