Regarding delivery

■ Unpacking and installation delivery: This is a delivery method in which two delivery personnel come to visit you and carry the product into your room, assemble it, set it up, and take the packaging materials home.

  • Inside is a paper case that can be used repeatedly to prevent the product from getting crushed. If you are using a commercially available boxed tissue, please remove the paper case before use. If the height of the tissue box does not match, please remove the tissue paper from the box and use it.
  • Due to the use of natural materials, some color fading due to water or friction is unavoidable.
  • If exposed to sunlight for a long period of time, the color may fade.
  • Please avoid leaving it in a high temperature place (such as inside a car) as this may lead to deformation or deterioration.
  • If stored wet, mold may grow. If it gets wet, wipe it off quickly with a dry cloth, keep it in shape, wrap it in absorbent paper, and dry it in the shade. Please do not use irons, hair dryers, etc. as this may cause deformation or deterioration.
