Modele Particulier ARMEN, which proposes "workwear beyond the framework of workwear," offers a classic simple crew neck knit made in Scotland.
Using techniques called "saddle shoulder" and "whole garment," it features a seamless design with no seams under the armpits or sleeves. Because it is knitted three-dimensionally, the design fits naturally to the body line without strain, which is very attractive.
The material used is Geelong lambswool. Considered the pinnacle of lambswool, "Geelong lambswool" is made only from the pedigree breed found in the Geelong region of Australia, characterized by its very soft texture and excellent color development.
It has little stiffness and a sleek silhouette with a fitted feel, while the size is calculated to have just the right amount of room to easily layer shirts or other garments underneath.
The high-quality lambswool has none of the prickly feeling typical of wool materials, and the knit, with its excellent color development, is a piece you will want to have in different colors.
Modele Particulier ARMEN
Founded in 1948 in Quimper, Brittany, western France, ARMEN started as a factory producing school uniforms and workwear.
ARMEN's high line, "Particulier," means "special" in French. Unlike the traditional authentic workwear line, it proposes "workwear beyond the framework of workwear" by selecting carefully chosen materials and paying close attention to sewing. The goal is to create products that give you a "special" feeling the moment you put them on.
