We will be holding a Tocohana Ceramics ceramic board exhibition at our Izumi store from May 24th (Friday) to June 14th (Friday).
We will exhibit and sell all one-of-a-kind ceramic plates created with the free sensibility of tocohana ceramics. Not only can you hang it on the wall, but you can also stand it up or lean it up.
We will have many wonderful pieces that will blend into your interior, so we hope you will come and visit us. Please look forward to it.

Tocohana Ceramics lives with his family in his home atelier, working with his hands every day to create unique shapes and heart-warming pottery pieces.
He is an artist who uses ceramics to create mysterious art pieces and tableware that you've never seen before, but which seem like something you've encountered for a long time. It also has an unpretentious and healthy presence that gives it a vintage feel.

Everything from kneading the clay to firing is done by hand in my home atelier. He is actively holding solo exhibitions at galleries and interior shops across the country.

I am expressing shapes that I have never seen before using the material called ceramics. I work with soil every day in a style that doesn't have a specific purpose, and instead finds new shapes. How should I use it? How should I decorate it? I would be happy if you could enjoy my work with that feeling.
