We will be holding a POP-UP for three days on March 19th, 20th, and 21st for the waterless cooking pot ``lilo Dutch Oven'' by ``lilo'', a tool brand from Shigaraki, Shiga Prefecture, which started being available at ANTRY at the end of last year. Masu. On the day of the event, lilo staff will give a cooking demonstration and there will also be a marche (selling Shigaraki vegetables).
There are two types of cooking demonstration menus: ``Apple and sweet potato simmered in salt'' and ``Mikan compote (mandarin + baguette).'' You can enjoy freshly prepared food on the spot, and enjoy the natural sweetness and flavor of the ingredients brought out by the lilo Dutch oven.
At Marche, Shigaraki's seasonal vegetables are lined up. These delicious vegetables are grown using natural farming methods in Shigaraki, a place with one of the most beautiful rains in Japan.
・Simmered apples and sweet potatoes
A simple dish that uses salt, honey, and a little cinnamon as seasonings. You can enjoy the sweetness of different ingredients, such as the sweetness of apple juice and the starchy sweetness of sweet potatoes.
・Tangerine compote (tangerines + baguette)
A simple dessert made by boiling mandarin oranges and white wine without adding sugar. The refreshing sweetness of the mandarin orange ingredients without added sugar makes this a masterpiece that will make you addicted to it. *Ingredients and menu are subject to change without notice.
