A frame born for HOLSTEE
Antley original frame that matches the manifest poster of HOLSTEE, a design venture company famous for "Manifesto". I made a size that is just right for the letterpress printing poster of HOLSTEE, which was difficult to obtain because it did not meet Japanese standards. Two types are available: a single frame made of solid oak and glass plate, and a set with a poster.
In order to highlight the delicate texture of the beautiful typographic letters that begin with the famous phrase “THIS IS YOUR LIFE…”, we made it into a thin wooden frame so that you can enjoy the beauty of the margins. By using a glass plate instead of plastic, we were particular about enhancing the artistry of the poster.
Considering the strength of the solid wood, which is prone to warping, the vertical and horizontal frames are processed with a “tang” that combines uneven joints. It is a high-quality frame where you can feel the careful handwork by domestic craftsmen.

- Since both the poster and frame are handmade, there may be an error of 1-2mm in size depending on the production lot, and depending on the poster you already have, it may protrude by about 1mm. *If you purchase a set, we will match the size and send it to you.
- The corners of the oak wood are raised and cut thin. Flying of fibers may occur partially.
